If you need information on your policy or would like to convey to us your suggestions or critic, you may contact your Sales Representative or our Customer Relations Officer by:

    Our Customer Care Centre operational hours start from 08:15 am to 04:30 pm on working days. On Saturday, our Customer Care operational hours start from 08:15 am to 12:00 pm, with following service:
    1. PRUaccess registration
    2. Update Policy Holder data
    3. Change payment method of premium from cash into autodebit credit card(Visa/Master/BCA Card) or autodebit bank account(Bank Permata/Bank Mandiri/Bank BCA/Bank BII/Bank Danamon/Bank CIMBNiaga).
  2. Contacting our Customer Relations Officer through PRUDENTIAL Customer Line 1500085.
    Our Customer Relations Officer operational hours start from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm every Monday to Saturday.
